Driving & Medicinal Cannabis

THC is a psychoactive substance and people should not drive, operate heavy machinery or work at heights or work in instances where intact reaction times are critical to safety. Roadside drug testing utilises saliva testing to detect THC. Currently, it is illegal to operate a motor vehicle with detectable THC in your system. There are no specific guidelines regarding how long THC will persist and be detectable in your system after taking medicinal cannabis.
